MUSCLEFLO FOREVER SUPPORT WARRANTY

1. Forever Support Warranty (Overview)

We stand behind your device for its lifetime, subject to the guidelines below (the “Forever Support Warranty”).

First 12 months: If a technical fault arises from normal use, we will repair or replace your device (at our discretion) free of charge. Misuse is not covered.

After 12 months: We continue to support you with a replacement; a small service fee applies to cover admin, shipping and handling (see Fees after 12 months).

Warranty continuity: Any replacement does not reset the warranty; it continues from the original purchase date (the replacement inherits the remaining warranty).

Ownership on exchange: When a product is exchanged, the replacement becomes your property and the returned item becomes the property of MuscleFLO Ltd.

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Definition — “lifetime of your device”: the period the product is reasonably expected to operate under normal use (per the user guide) and while we maintain compatible replacements/parts. It does not refer to the customer’s lifetime.

What we mean by “technical fault”: a failure arising from normal, intended use in line with the user guide and safety instructions—not caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification/repair, liquid ingress, or unsuitable storage/operating conditions.

2. Eligibility

This warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for MuscleFLO Ltd that can be identified by a MuscleFLO trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them (and a serial/lot number where applicable).

Covered purchase channels include:

  • MuscleFLO official website (muscleflo.com)
  • MuscleFLO official Amazon store
  • MuscleFLO official eBay page
  • MuscleFLO official Facebook / Instagram page
  • Authorised distributors and retailers

Purchases from unauthorised distributors are not covered. Authorised distributors are expected to honour the same warranty terms set out here.

3. What’s not covered (Exclusions)

  • Misuse or accidental damage (e.g., drops, impacts).
  • Liquid exposure (e.g., lubricants, lotions, creams, water, beverages, other liquids).
  • Alterations or modifications to the device.
  • Use of unauthorised/non-original attachments, accessories, chargers, or power adaptors.
  • Unauthorised repairs, attempted repairs, or tampering.
  • Power issues (power loss, voltage changes, surges).
  • Failure to maintain or operate the device in accordance with the user guide and safety instructions.
  • Unsuitable storage or environmental conditions that affect performance.

4. Fees after 12 months (admin, shipping & handling)

  • MiniFLO – £39.95
  • MiniFLO PRO – £39.95
  • FLO – £49.95
  • PowerFLO P50 – £64.95
  • Tens PRO – £17.95

Shipping surcharge (outside the UK): Europe – £9.95; North America – £24.95; Rest of the world – £29.95.

These surcharges are in addition to the model fee. Fees include UK VAT where applicable. We cannot dispatch a replacement until the applicable fee is received.

5. Customs duties & taxes (international orders)

Customers purchasing from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges that may arise when products are shipped from the UK. Please check your local import rules and costs.

6. How to claim or exchange (step-by-step)

  1. Register / Verify warranty
    If you haven’t already, complete the Warranty Registration at muscleflo.com (recommended to speed things up).
  2. Contact us before shipping
    Email info@muscleflo.com with:
    • Your full name and contact details
    • Model and serial/lot number (if present)
    • Purchase date and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
    • A brief description of the fault (photos/video helpful)

    No receipt? Acceptable alternatives include: order confirmation, warranty registration email, or a bank/credit card statement clearly showing the retailer, date, and amount.

  3. Approval, RMA & payment link
    We’ll confirm eligibility and issue a case/RMA number. If applicable, we’ll send a payment link for the fee. Please quote the RMA number in your email subject and include it inside the parcel.
  4. Send the product
    Pack the product securely (original box if available). Secure packaging is required. Include your proof of purchase or acceptable alternative.
  5. Processing & replacement dispatch
    Once we receive and approve the return (and any applicable fee), we aim to dispatch your replacement within 3–5 working days. The replacement does not reset the warranty period; it continues from the original purchase date.

7. Where this warranty applies

This warranty is offered by MuscleFLO Ltd and applies to eligible products purchased through official channels worldwide, subject to local laws and import rules.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Governing law

This warranty is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
